    Hey Shirlé,
So a few years ago I tried the home made pasta thing too, and with a lot of success. I found that if you’re flavoring the pasta with something, try to be subtle. One of my grand failures was a currified pasta that just had way too much spice in it, no matter what sauce I used, it came out like a bad Indian movie. Sadly, the pasta maker has languished in my kitchen for the last ten years, but now we’re inspired to make something, and my wife and I are going to try a variation on your raviolis. Peace, love, and rock on.

    Hey Shirle

It’s been a while since Ecko, but I googled your lovely name and saw this fabulous website. So happy for you to be living your passion. I will be keeping afresh on your site and cooking some of your delicacies.

I adore your site, the food you make looks SO yummy! I’m really looking forward to trying the “cheat” Indian tofu dish. As a college student this should be the perfect dish to whip up on a lazy night :) Thanks for an intriguing insight to your food world!

Hi Shirle, your website is fabulous, I just had such a laugh watching the little video “Saved by Seitan”, those two guys are like my husband making silly little songs out of everything. I’ll be in the kitchen making Seitan next week when I have all the ingredients and will let you know how it went.
Just imagine how many beautiful animals could be saved by simply eating a peaceful and cruelty free diet. Lets feed the people with mock chicken…
    You are blessed
    Hannah
